Annual tenancy registration comes into effect from the 4th of April 2022.
Tenancies that begin on or after 4 April 2022 will be subject to a new fee structure for annual registration.
Please note, the tenancy commencement date is the date that the tenant is entitled to take up occupation of the dwelling.

Approved Housing Bodies (AHB) are required to register all tenancies with the RTB.
The following table lists the fee structure for AHB tenancies commencing prior to 4th April 2022:
