The RTB's Christmas Call Centre Opening Hours are as follows:
- 21st to 23rd December 9-5pm
- 24th December 9-1pm
- 25th December Closed
- 28th December Closed
- 29th to 31st December 9-5pm
- 1st January closed
- 4th January 9-5pm
Due to the implementation of the EU Payment Services Directive (PSD2), and the additional checks that are required to authenticate credit/debit card payments, the RTB is unable to accept written credit/debit card details on paper applications any longer from 1 January 2021. Should you wish to pay by card to register your tenancy or apply for dispute resolution, you can do so by setting up an account online by clicking here. Please also note that for security reasons, the RTB is unable to accept cash as payment for fees.
