The RTB has made some changes to the online Dispute Resolution process. This means that all parties can submit a dispute without the need to create an account. you can find our application webform here. The online Dispute Resolution application is split into 7 simple steps: 

Before filling in the webform please have the following information to hand:   

 

Step 1 - General information about the dispute  

 

Step 2 - Your personal information  

Step 3 – The respondents information  

 

Step 4 – Adding your representative (optional)  

 

Step 5 – Details of the rented dwelling  

 

Step 6 – Summary and Declaration  

 

Step 7 – Payment  

As the dispute resolution service is not linked to RTB online accounts you will not be able to track the progress of your dispute or submit evidence online. You will receive updates regarding your case by post or by email as normal.
