What should a landlord pay for?

Landlords are generally responsible for items that have to be paid whether the property is occupied or not

Generally, the landlord should pay costs such as:

  • RTB Registration fee
  • Local Property taxes
  • Property insurance premiums (this does not include contents insurance)
