Residential Tenancies Board (RTB)  Research and Data Hub  The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) offers a dispute resolution service to landlords and tenants. Any agreements reached with its help from, or adjudicated by the RTB, are legally binding on both parties. Registered Landlords, tenants or third party, such as neighbours, can initiate the process. Agreements reached with help from or adjudicated by the RTB, are legally binding on both parties  The information presented in this page provides an overview of applications for the RTBs dispute resolution service, broken down by quarter.   For further information about the charts please contact us at  Research@RTB.ie
