Owing to the COVID-19 situation, our live telephone line (0818-303038) is not operating at present. All queries should be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com where possible. We are operating a limited call-back service to voicemails, however response times may be longer.
What do I do if I have received a notice?
- Contact the Registration Enforcement section quoting the reference number on the received notice/solicitor's letter, the reference will begin with ‘RE’ and can be found at the top of the notice.
- To discuss the required actions that may be taken or if there is a query regarding non-compliance/ legal proceedings, contact the Registration Enforcements section of the RTB on 0818-303038 (Mon-Fri 9.30am-5pm) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- If a tenancy is unregistered, an application to register a tenancy must be submitted on receipt of a Registration Enforcement notice. When a registration number is received, confirming the registration of the tenancy in question, Registration Enforcement should be contacted with this number to confirm registration and to stop legal proceedings.
