If either party disagrees with the outcome of a Mediation of Adjudication, they have an opportunity to submit an appeal application. Appealing is a simple process that can be done via email, by post or by hand to the RTB.
A completed appeal form, along with the fee of €85 should be sent by email to tribunals@rtb.ie OR by post to the Residential Tenancies Board, PO Box 47, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, OR by hand to Residential Tenancies Board, O’Connell Bridge House, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2.
To lodge a valid appeal the fee must accompany the complete documentation and be on time. The fee can be submitted in the form of a cheque, postal order, bank draft or bank transfer request.
An appeal must be submitted within the correct time period;
